La Gema Escondida offers guests a full breakfast and choice of either lunch or dinner, prepared by a phenomenal private chef. The recipes used by the chef are handed down from generation to generation. Guest privacy is of utmost importance to us. The in-house staff has their own equipped private staff quarters to give guests as much privacy as they desire. Each guest room offers a private safe and door locks for security.
