Villa Pelican is a newly-built, 4-bedroom villa overlooking the expansive bay of Anse des Lezards. The area offers a raw beauty and calm that is more and more difficult to find on St. Villa Pelican also has a full view of the pelicans flying around the bay, hence its name. The villa has two separate units connected by a semi-covered outdoor living room. In the first unit are the four bedrooms, spread over two floors. The second is the spacious main room, which is open on two sides and cooled by the natural breezes as well as two large ceiling fans. It is furnished with contemporary furniture and equipped with the latest amenities. The open, fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast island, but the main dining table is placed just in front and benefits from the views and natural breezes. A seating area by the large TV with a U.S.satellite is in the back of the main room. The large two-level deck in front of the main room has plenty of seating and four large daybeds from which guests can enjoy nearly all day sun. The pool is tucked in a corner next to the main deck. The main level rooms are easily accessible from the entrance side, as is the terrace. The rooms on the lower floor are situated in front of a garden with a small ocean view and a private terrace with seating. Villa Pelican is a great family villa and is also perfect for couples vacationing together.
