Formerly the residence of renowned archaeologist Sir Arthur Evans from 1875 to 1882, Villa Agave has been transformed into a luxurious retreat while preserving its many valuable antique details. Among its early guests was Kevin Spacey. Today, this former summer residence remains a property of great cultural and historical significance, offering 270 sqm of exclusively designed interiors and 400 sqm of landscaped outdoor space. A standout feature is the old chapel, created for rest and meditation, blending rustic stone walls, historic details, and elegant modern Mediterranean touches. The villa also features five beautiful terraces, including a large ground-floor terrace with sweeping views of the old town and a small pool, while another smaller terrace offers a whirlpool tub. An open wooden staircase leads to a first-floor room with stunning views of Lokrum and the old town.
