Villa Rosalia is a newly constructed property on a small hilltop on the island of Tinos, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the nearby small villages. Constructed as a farm building over 100 years ago, with a unique style, it has been carefully restored. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Filled with built-in double beds, wooden ceilings with ceiling fans, and charming decoration offering a light, airy and relaxing atmosphere that is mirrored in the lovely outdoor areas. The walls are white with polished cement floorings giving a minimalized atmosphere.The villa is down to its last detail designed to induce a sense of ultimate relaxation. There is also an optional independent cell bungalow for two guests with an en-suite shower room. It has been carefully restored and constructed as a farm building over 100 years ago, with a unique style.
